《舞出我人生》，是中央电视台与《中国好声音》制作团队灿星公司首度合作的舞蹈类综艺节目性虐小说，是央视2013年广告会上公布的系列新节目之一下肢麻木，由李咏、王冠主持怎样护理唇部，于2013年4月14日起每周日晚20:05分首播蓝莓的功效与作用。

节目初定比赛11亲子读书活动总结场自我推荐信，24组明星和草根的组合将参与进来科教文卫工作计划，先是经过前两场的大淘汰后剩下12组选手爱情诗词名句，接下来每场淘汰一组周公解梦，最后的一场为五强争霸赛，获胜的草根舞者将会圆梦。2013年7月7日，《舞出我人生》总决赛完美落幕，刘璇、韩艺博组合以3票的微弱优势摘得总冠军。
